Paskuché credits are earned through hosting and can be used for bookings. Credits are transferred 24 hours after guest checkout.

5.3 Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policy of each listing and the timing of the cancellation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Paskuché or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Paskuché acts as a platform connecting hosts and guests. We are not responsible for the conduct of users, the condition of listings, or disputes between users. Use the Platform at your own risk.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes between users, Paskuché may assist in mediation but is not obligated to do so. Users are encouraged to resolve disputes amicably.
