- Open Calls - Post and respond to collaborative opportunities, travel announcements, and creative projects
- Residencies - Discover and apply to residency programs offered by creative spaces
- Spaces - Create and manage creative spaces (studios, galleries, venues) and their calendars
- Projects - Showcase your creative work and portfolio
- Connections - Build your network by connecting with other creatives
- Messaging - Direct messaging between users and spaces
- Feed - Personalized "For You" feed with content from your network
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.2 Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3.3 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
4. Content and Posting
4.1 Open Calls
Users may post Open Calls to seek collaborators, announce travel plans, or organize gatherings. You are responsible for the accuracy of your Open Calls and for managing responses appropriately.
4.2 Residencies
Spaces may create residency programs and accept applications. Residency hosts are responsible for clearly communicating program details, requirements, and timelines. Applicants are responsible for providing accurate information in their applications.
4.3 Spaces
Space administrators are responsible for maintaining accurate space information, managing availability calendars, and honoring commitments made through the Platform.
4.4 User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of content you post, but grant Asanend a license to display, distribute, and use your content on the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to post any content you share.
5. User Interactions
5.1 Connections
Users can connect with other creatives to build their network. Connections enable messaging and collaboration. You are responsible for your interactions with other users.
5.2 Messaging
The Platform provides messaging functionality for users to communicate. You are responsible for the content of your messages and must comply with community guidelines.
5.3 Disputes Between Users
Asanend is not responsible for disputes between users. We encourage users to resolve conflicts amicably. In cases of harassment or abuse, please report the behavior through the Platform's reporting mechanisms.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Asanend or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
Asanend acts as a platform connecting creative professionals. We are not responsible for the conduct of users, the accuracy of Open Calls or Residencies, the quality of Spaces, or disputes between users. We do not verify the identity, qualifications, or intentions of users. Use the Platform at your own risk and exercise appropriate caution when interacting with others or participating in opportunities.
8. Dispute Resolution
In the event of disputes between users, Asanend may assist in mediation but is not obligated to do so. Users are encouraged to resolve disputes amicably.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service or for any other reason at our discretion.
